レンコンチップと勘違いして買ってしまいました。中は小分けになったザーサイの漬物みたいな食品です。味は麻辣ということで好みでしたので、おいしかったです。

not what I was expecting from the description but good otherwise. I thought these would be crunchy/crispy like potato chips, or a dried product. these are instead a wet, vacuum packed sliced lotus root in a very mild seasoned sauce. very light on spiciness. good flavor though. would be nice in a soup. the lotus root is still crunchy and crisp, as it would be if fresh sliced. there are 5 individual packets. each packet has about 3 lotus root slices in it.

The bag comes with 5 packets. Flavor is mild spiciness, which goes well with the lotus.

Tasted very artificial as if the lotus root was preserved for so long it became powdery. The seasoning is good but it can’t counter the powdery fake taste of the lotus root

Good minus all the preservatives
