I used it with tofu to make a tofu dish. The beans are salty and make the both very salty at first, but the flavor gets well absorbed by the tofu. I really enjoyed it!

Bought this pickled long bean before and they are very delicious adding to stir fry or fried rice.

Need to soak a little bit if not it is very sour
