Directions for use
Method 1: Brewing method (recommended)
Open the bag and take out the seasoning package, then put the dough into the bowl;
Add about 550ml of boiling water above 90 ℃, stir and disperse the dough, cover and soak for 5 minutes (you can preheat the oil bag on the lid of the bowl for better flavor);
Pour out excess water, add the red oil packet and seasoning packet in sequence, mix well and serve.
Method 2: Cold Mix Method (Refreshing Taste)
After soaking the dough in the above steps, remove it and rinse it with cold water, then drain the water;
Add all the seasoning packs and mix well. For those who like a refreshing taste, you can also pair it with side dishes such as cucumber shreds and bean sprouts for a richer flavor.
