Pic of the package is the best I could do because these were sooo tasty! Ate them all by myself in two days haha. I’ve been eyeing these for so long as a matcha-lover and so glad I finally treated myself. Yummmm. I appreciate that these don’t have palm oil, which is often hard to avoid in processed food. Also, no artificial flavors or added colors! Matcha is relatively high on the ingredient list (8 out of 23). I feel like the matcha is fairly fragrant and flavorful. I think they’re called Quadratini due to the four stripes of matcha cream between the wafer cookies. I’m definitely curious to try other Loacker products — the package says they’re #1 in Italy, although these cookies are made in Austria. My only quibble is that since they have cocoa, I wish that it were fair-trade cocoa. Sadly, the chocolate/cocoa is notorious for utilizing forced/enslaved labor. I didn’t realize that these had cocoa before purchasing— I’m guessing the cocoa helps bring out the matcha flavor more. They are also halal and GMO-free (Non GMO Project Verified)!
