저는 앞서 댓글을 단 다른 사람의 의견에 동의합니다. 돼지 혀를 그렇게 두껍게 자르지 마세요. 정말 너무 두껍게 잘렸어요! 다시 잘랐어요. 하지만 상인이 이미 0.5cm에서 1cm 사이의 두께로 잘라 놓았기 때문에 자르기가 어렵습니다. 그가 파는 쇠고기찜처럼 얇게 썰 수 있다면 딱 좋을 텐데요. 돼지 혀를 얇게 썰어 국수에 넣어 끓였는데 맛있었어요.

몇 조각 먹어봤는데 혀 코팅이 제거되지 않은 걸 발견했어요(혹은 제거했지만 완전히 제거되지는 않았어요). 어떤 조각은 두껍게 잘렸고, 어떤 조각은 얇게 잘렸어요. 다시는 사지 않을 거예요.
