I finally have time to pan sear this chewy rice cake to eat. Love the matcha flavor!

Yummy! Flavor of matcha and red bean are there but not too strong. I prefer the other flavours of this but it’s still good! Hard to get out of the container but worth the work with a knife. Great for celebrating Chinese new year

Getting ready for lunar new year

This is my first time trying this brand of nian gao, and I love it! Chewy, fragrant, and not too sweet. I can definitely taste the red bean, but the matcha not so much. Will purchase again!
