Nagatanien's "Miso Soup Revolution: Lively Vegetables Part 1" is an instant miso soup filled with ingredients made from large cut vegetables that have been vacuum freeze-dried into blocks. Simply pour in hot water and you can fully enjoy the volume and texture of the vegetables. The ingredients are cabbage, green onion, eggplant, and wakame seaweed, and instead of the fried tofu used in the previous product, the cabbage has been increased by 10%, further enhancing the vegetable flavor. The ingredients and seasoned miso are packaged separately, and a fresh pack method is used in which air is replaced with nitrogen to maintain the freshness of the ingredients. The seasoned miso is based on domestically produced rice miso, and the umami of kelp extract, dried bonito flakes, and bonito extract has been added to create a mellow and deep flavor. The ingredients also contain starch, gelatin, and antioxidants (vitamin E).
