Ninong's Ube Pancake Mix 1 파운드

Tried making waffles instead, surprisingly moist and gentle flavor. Added milk instead of water , one egg as directed!

Better than other mixes you can get

Not too sweet & subtle ube flavor. A bit dense & chewy in texture (reminds me of mochi). More like a dessert for me. Saw post of someone trying waffle version & definitely trying that (Imagine this would be good with some Magnolia ice cream on top 😋)

First time purchased. Can’t wait to make it

I like it. It's different than regular pancake. This had more chew, smelled earthy, and a little sweet. I only needed cold butter with each bite. Next batch I will try with coconut ice cream.

these are good, if you make it by the box it's about 10 pancakes. we ate it with condensed milk mixed with ube jam on top 👍
