Great for Tempura and Cake

I didn't know which American flour was closest to the Japanese flour, so I bought some. It was great for fried chicken, stew, cookies, etc.

I'm so happy to be able to buy Japanese cake flour here.

The bag was damaged and powder was leaking out, so I threw it away. I think it was damaged when it came into contact with other products during delivery, but I was shocked.

It was on sale so I bought it for the first time in a while. I wondered if the expiration date was a little short, but it was on sale so I guess that can't be helped.

I'm happy to be able to buy flour that I'm familiar with.
