These are a thick dried curd skin that holds up to shipping. However, I found it required a good soak and multiple washings to get rid of the off color and taste. That works for me as I use it in braises where the thickness makes a long cooking time suitable.

Taste like rubber. It’s cook long time but still like a rubber. My kids used to like bean curd but not this.
