The Ox and Palm corned beef is as advertised. It’s chunky, juicy and delicious. I grew up eating corned beef, but most of them are on the mushy size. This one is different in a good way. Here it’s prepared with a generous amount of bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic, green onions, parsley and cilantro. This can be eaten at any meal, as a sandwich filling, with roti, pastas, mashed potatoes, white rice (which brings out the taste of this delicious corned beef), etc. I highly recommend you give it a try.
