Pork Stew Meat (from Ham Leg) 2 lb

These pork cubes are specifically cut from the fresh ham. The skin and bone are removed from the ham exposing the lean cuts underneath. The ham is then diced into 1" cubes. Season, skewer, and grill or simmer for stew. Either way, you are in for a good meal!
