Used this as a base for laksa soup—didn’t actually use the dry powder, only the paste. Would prefer to use jarred/canned paste next time.

My favorite home town taste.

I used the Laska powder to made noodles with spinach, dry tofu & shrimp with it. Was enough to make 3 bowls. It was pretty tasty but expensive since the package is only the laska powder.
