The hagiyaki is a traditional Japanese crafts. It has a history back to early 17th century from Korean peninsula. It emphasized the texture of clay and the compatibility between clay and glaze color. The glaze used Biwa-glaze which is moisturize and good solubility or have a texture like cotton's white-hagi glaze. It's mainly used to use as tea sets like teacup, tea pot or tea caddy.

How to use:

Before:

Put water in the cup for about half a day and wait until it dry.

Beacuse of the feature of the clay, there might be water overflowing from the cup. If the situation has not been improved, please put rich tea or porridge in the cut and put in a dark place for a whole day.

Please destructe the rich tea or porridge after processing.

After:

Wash with clean water and wipe with dry dust cloth or towel and dry naturally.
