Salmon Soba Set 237 g

Expensive but it’s worth it! The salmon is very fresh and doesn’t taste fishy at all. It’s only one serving but with added soba noodles, you could probably split it into two servings.

Had this with soba or cold noodles! Salmon has to be refrigerated right away (goes bad quickly)

The flavor was good but the “noodles” definitely didn’t look like the picture. Looked more like thin off-cuts. I also wish there were directions on how to prepare it. Because after I defrosted it I realized I should have left the topping in the freezer until i was about 30 minutes from serving.

It is soooo goood. I didnt know what to expect bc I’ve never try salmon noodle?! And the broth and salmon noodle are good together. Onions, pepper, wasabi are all included! I just added lemon slice that i already had. But the package has a lemon slice as well
