A reoder of delicious Mochi. this is the larger bag, a better value price wise. I used to cook these in our toaster oven until I destroyed the glass door. now I use my airfryer with better results. I enjoy the smells, the taste after baking with a wash of soy sauce that reminds me of having this in the late 50's in Tokyo. it's chewy, mouthy and Delicious, just be sure to let it cool for a bit or you will burn your mouth
