Sea World Fried Mixed Vegetable Chips (Bugak) 10pk 1 box

Not fresh; It will expire in a month and I tried seaweed and lotus roots but I couldn’t finish them. It tasted awful, like rancid oil, definitely not fresh. After all I discarded rest of them. Also it is not the same package as described; big 6pk, I reported this issue a year ago but weee haven’t updated yet

Received a box of only six packs, but the product description says ten packs. After submitting an after-sales complaint, refund me $2. I really don't know how weee's customer service calculates the account. Although the money is not much, but the actual number of products does not match, it should not be the solution. Don't refund the $2, when I send 4 packs to the customer service to make up my mind.
