Japanese Sake
As part of Senkin’s Modern line, this kimoto-brewed sake emphasizes clarity, elegance, and harmony between fruitiness and umami. Best enjoyed chilled (8–12 °C) in a wine glass, it pairs exceptionally well with a wide range of dishes, from seafood and sashimi to lightly fried or grilled items, while also holding its own alongside more umami-rich Japanese fare.
Food Pairings: Rainbow trout meunière, cod fish balls, deep-fried goby, salt-grilled Japanese whiting, squid sashimi, boiled vegetables in dashi, seared chicken with plum sauce, soba noodles, vinegared octopus, flounder with ponzu, deep-fried shrimp with lemon.
