Love using them in various dishes, especially in soup dishes.

Pretty good, braised it in some dashi and made a good side dish

It was on sale so I bought them for the first time. They are frozen and easy to use. I’ll buy them again when it’s on sale.

Used my left over veggies: baby bok choy, carrots, lotus root, shitake and trumpet mushrooms and some left over pork knuckle to make a mainly vegetable soup. Had some bao buns too

I haven’t cooked it yet but I’m sure this will taste good as the fresh one

Bought for my spicy hot pot.
