这款鲜虾烧卖没吃过，所以就买来尝试看看，味道不错，不输给直接去港式餐厅现场吃。

I was disappointed in this one. It wasn't as good as I had hoped it to be. Wouldn't reorder.

I heat these up over soft steam, 15 mins. They seemed a good spongy texture, like a vietnmese pho meatball? No better or worst than what's in any decent dim sum meal. Probably order again, but not in a rush.
