Tasty. Though it’s low calorie, it has high sugar content, so probably best enjoyed just once in a while

I thought this was a bit expensive compared to coconut jelly/pudding desserts with nata de coco, but I was curious about this almond "tofu" version so decided to try it. The jelly is soft, almost more like dairy pudding than coconut pudding. The nata de coco cubes at the bottom were also softer than expected (but there's no such thing as bad nata de coco, right?). The tangerine pieces were firm and lighter in flavor than, but still similar to, canned mandarin oranges. The tamgerine flavor went well with the milky pudding. I did not notice a strong almond or apricot-kernel flavor. The sweetness was just right. Overall not a bad dessert, cool and refreshing, but I might not get it again unless it was a different flavor and/or less expensive.
