Created in partnership with Oshiage Yoshikatsu, a popular restaurant in Tokyo serving up regional specialties, this mix is made with locally sourced ingredients. The flour used in this mix is made from 100% Yanagikubo wheat, a variety native to Tokyo that is so rare it is often called gphantom wheath, which gives the mix a unique aroma.
