[Ingredients]
Noodles (wheat flour, egg white powder, salt, wheat protein), Hinaijidori chicken bone soup, salt, chicken extract, pork fat, chicken oil, onion powder, sugar, garlic, pork extract, soy sauce, hydrolyzed protein, bonito extract, sesame oil, spices/seasonings (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, kansui, gardenia dye, acidulant, antioxidant (Vitamin E)

How to cook:
The boiling time for the noodles and the strength of the soup are guidelines, so adjust them according to your taste.
1.Add 550cc of water to a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the noodles and cook for about 4 minutes. (After 2-3 minutes, gently stir with chopsticks to prevent the noodles from sticking together.)
2.Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat and add the soup base, stirring well. For extra flavor, you can add toppings like bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, chashu, or optional green onion oil for an even tastier dish.
