Composed of steamed rice covered in tea or dashi (umami-rich broth) with an assortment of savory ingredients, it is similar to a soupy rice porridge and is often eaten as a quick and easy meal. This instant ochazuke packet makes enjoying this delightful dish even easier. The base flavors for this ochazuke seasoning come from the dashi and matcha granules, giving the broth a mellow earthiness.
