【Urepar Plus Lotion 10 Product Details】
● Relieves itching caused by dry skin while keeping the skin moist and smooth.
● Easy to apply over large areas with a lotion type that is moist but non-sticky, allowing immediate wearing of clothes.
● Dryness countermeasure (urea gathers water in dry skin to prevent moisture loss) + Itch relief (containing diphenhydramine hydrochloride and lidocaine to soothe persistent itching).
● Contains 10% urea, a dry skin treatment that alleviates dryness and associated itching; lotion type suitable for large area application.
● Suitable for a wide age range, from adults to children with dry skin and elderly with xerosis.
● Does not contain steroids.

【Indications and Effects】
・Dry skin with itching (elderly and adult xerosis, pediatric dry skin).

Elderly and Adult Xerosis: Decreased sebum secretion causes dry, unmoisturized skin all over the body, often with itching, especially on the knees, ankles, and buttocks.
Pediatric Dry Skin: Mainly rough, goosebump-like dry skin aligned with hair follicles, accompanied by itching. Usually worsens in winter and improves in summer.
【Usage and Dosage】
・Apply an appropriate amount to affected areas 1 or multiple times a day.

★ Precautions related to usage and dosage
(1) Be careful not to get into the eyes. If it does, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. Seek ophthalmic consultation if symptoms are severe.
(2) When used by children, use under supervision of a guardian.
(3) For external use only.
(4) Clean the affected area and surrounding skin before applying.
(5) Follow the prescribed usage and dosage.
(6) Not a cosmetic; use only on designated areas for efficacy; do not use on the face for cosmetic purposes.

Urea: 10.0g
Lidocaine: 2.0g
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride: 1.0g
Additional ingredients: glycerin, sebacic acid diisopropyl ester, lactic acid, sodium lactate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, purified water, fragrance, ethanol.
【Precautions】
★ Do not use on
(1) Around the eyes, mucous membranes (e.g., mouth, nasal cavity, vagina)
(2) Inflamed or wounded areas
(3) Severely cracked or sore areas

★ Consult a doctor or pharmacist if
1. You are undergoing medical treatment
2. You have experienced allergic reactions (e.g., rash, redness, itching, dermatitis) or irritations from medications or other products
2. Symptoms such as rash, redness, itching, sensations of pain, heat, or tingling, swelling, or scaly skin appear, discontinue use immediately, and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this leaflet.
3. Symptoms do not improve after about two weeks of use, discontinue and consult a healthcare professional.

★ Storage and handling precautions
(1) Store in a cool, dark place away from high temperatures with the cap tightly closed.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to other containers (may cause misuse or change in quality).
(4) Keep away from fire or heat sources as it is flammable.
(5) Do not throw used containers into fire.
