Not good Vinegar was bitter Will not reorder

they are dray and has weird white particles on them. I threw it right into the trash. I will never ever order this item again.

All the sauce leaked out from cracked plastic container. This must be a new chef or restaurant preparing the dish because I mostly taste salt, and tongue numbing spice. What happened to the vinegar?

I love wood ear but the mustard was way to strong for me and no vinegar taste at all just mustard
