Prepared using traditional Japanese "overnight-dried" (ichiyaboshi) technique—lightly salted and air-dried overnight to enhance the fish’s natural umami and firm texture. Flash frozen to lock in freshness with no preservatives added. Simply thaw and cook—perfect for pan-frying, baking, or air frying. A convenient, delicious choice for daily meals or as a savory side for drinks.

### Quick & Easy Recipes:

1. **Japanese-Style Salt-Grilled Fish**

**Ingredients:**

* 1 Yens overnight-dried silver-banded fish

* 1/4 lemon (optional)

**Instructions:**

1. Thaw the fish and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
