I used this to make snow fungus soup (雪耳湯) and it tastes even better reboiled and then chilled overnight in the fridge! I wish there were instructions on how to make this, though I looked online for instructions.
The product itself is super tasty, but my gripes are:
1. The nutritional information on the back is wrong (plants and herbs do not have cholesterol)
2. I wish the prop 65 warning was more specific so I know what washing methods is best for cleaning these herbs.
