Good quality and can't wait to use it soon to make a miso soup
I love the seaweed. It’s so great. Easy to make. I add it to my ramen.
It’s Kombu i use it for broth it help with digestion I also use it instead of water to make rice
This was the first time I've used seaweed. It seemed easy to work with after soaking. It didn't really have much of a flavor, but I'm not too sure what to expect. I guess I thought something a little salty? I made a seaweed salad, but it didn't work for us. I'm going to try something else that doesn't have it as the main ingredient next.
Great to mix in with rice in a rice cooker for more flavorful rice. Also works well when making broth. You do have to brush off a bit of the white flakes on it before using, however.
It is good quality and it is cheap. I love seaweed. It goes well in salads, soup, broth
No need to soak in advance. Just cut some thin threads with scissors, rinse with water and put it in the soup and you can eat it. It’s not salty!

Take it back to make braised rice. It’s thinner than that kind of kelp knot but it’s delicious! ! ! ! The ingredient is Cuihong Spicy Braised Sauce, so you can prepare it with confidence (if you can’t eat spicy food, don’t prepare it)
