I loved the rose petals biscuits from Yunnan! They were delicious on their own, but definitely tasted better after being baked. The rose petal flavor was lovely and not too overpowering, and the biscuits had a nice texture. These would be perfect for a tea party or as a special treat. The only downside was the small size.
First time trying this. Flower taste, not bad at all.

I use a toaster over and it works great because I can monitor the cooking time. Very strong rose scent and not too sweet.
Absolutely delicious! I defrost it in the refrigerator overnight. Bake in 300F for about 25 minutes. If you like them browner, you can add more minutes.

The pastry us flaky and fragrant. The rose filling inside has a stronger taste than the prepackaged versions. This is more worth it than the prepackaged cakes.
