My first time making banh bao pork buns, this package mix worked perfect, had to add maybe a 1/2 cup more of liquid when mixing , excellent taste. My bao buns turned out great! I have ordered more to make more buns.
This is the first time my home made bun is more fluffy than store bought ones! Very impressed!

Convenient product! The instruction is so easy to follow. I mixed the flour with purple yam to make the purple color for my Vietnamese buns.
I tried to make banh bao with chicken, cheese and quail egg. So yummy and easy with Mikko dumpling flour.

I bought 5 of them. And I tried 1 bag already. Not bad but u need put more milk or water to avoid dry if u follow the introduction.
