4. Other products are shipped by international air parcel or international air express DHL or EMS. The estimated delivery time for air freight is about 7-14 working days. 5. Please make sure the outer box of the parcel is undamaged before signing for the goods as they may be detained by the U.S. and Canadian customs occasionally. Occasionally, the U.S. and Canadian customs detention and inspection situation occurs, resulting in delayed transportation time, or occasionally the need to pay customs duties after random inspection occurs, the risk should be borne by their own. The following two points are explained:
(a) According to the import tariff regulations of the United States and Canada, when the goods are subject to random inspection, it is necessary to reconcile whether the goods are subject to customs duty or not, and the cost or loss of the goods being destroyed or returned is the responsibility of the recipient. The recipient and the orderer shall be responsible for the loss of the returned goods.
(b) If the recipient and the subscriber receive an e-mail or SMS from an international courier company informing them of the delivery of the parcel and then operate the optional delivery service (ODD) to change the delivery options, and as a result the parcel is lost or claimed by someone else under false pretense, the recipient and the subscriber shall be responsible for the loss.
