2015 Xinhui Aged Tangerine Peel (Chenpi) — Premium Winter Peel
Discover the rich aroma and wellness benefits of authentic 2015 Xinhui Chenpi, naturally aged for a decade. Sourced from the heart of Xinhui, Guangdong—renowned for its unique climate and fertile river plains—this aged tangerine peel delivers exceptional quality and tradition in every piece.
Grown in core production areas like Tianma, Meijiang, Chakeng, and the iconic Xiongzitai region, our Chenpi comes from dahonggan (large red mandarins) picked after the Winter Solstice—known locally as winter peel or first red peel. These late-season fruits feature a naturally thick, aromatic peel that separates easily from the pulp, ideal for aging.
Sun-dried and carefully stored, this batch has matured over the years to develop a deep, mellow aroma and warm, smooth taste. The longer the aging, the more refined the flavor and wellness benefits—making it both a collector’s item and a functional ingredient.
“A tael of chenpi is worth a tael of gold; a century-old peel surpasses gold.” Backed by Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chenpi is known to:
Support digestion and relieve bloating
Strengthen the spleen and regulate Qi
Dry dampness and reduce phlegm
Rich in volatile oils, flavonoids, alkaloids, and Chenpi polysaccharides, aged peel becomes more gentle, aromatic, and effective over time.
