Delicious n convenient dim sum at home

I usually prefer radish cakes with chunky radish pieces, but this one, even without them, still tasted really good! The radish and dried shrimp flavors came through nicely, and the texture was smooth, not cakey or dry. Surprisingly, it’s better than most dim sum places I’ve tried around town!

It’s very flavorful and the texture is very soft. I panfried it and crack an egg over it at the end. You can eat it with sweet & sour soy sauce. It’s so good!!

Good scallop flavor. Had no spice like the xo version. Tastes more like dried scallop than radish, which is. Good thing.

Taste is ok, but wish there were more chunks of radish you can taste.
