Very good price for Wagyu. Not too lean, there is still nice marbling out there. Very soft!

Lean wagyu is interesting. Good for people who like wagyu beef but dont want it to be too fatty. The best way is to eat with sauce.

Arrived partially defrosted, does not taste like wagyu beef, maybe because this is the lean version, it is very chewy and taste like regular beef
