Kakinotane is a popular type of rice cracker made from glutinous (mochi) rice and typically coated with soy sauce.
TAC21 carefully selects domestically produced glutinous rice to make the dough for their crackers and seasons them with organic tamari soy sauce brewed in traditional wooden barrels.
