It uses two types of pepper, red pepper and green pepper, with red pepper providing a solid body and green pepper providing a refreshing aroma. In particular, the pepper oil made with freshly ground green pepper enhances the refreshing aroma. The chili oil (ra oil) uses two types of chili pepper and pepper, and is made using a unique special method that divides the heating time and temperature into two stages, achieving both a fragrant taste and a refreshing aroma.
