A luxury fish, "Aka Mutsu" or "Nodoguro", is a fish that is packed with oil and umami that can impress any seafood lover. It is not a migratory fish and does not actually have a particular season, and It is one of the most expensive fish in the market.

The average piece weighs roughly 1.30 lb~1.50 lb but sizes will vary. The larger the fish, the fattier it is, making it even more delicious!
