Very good and flavorful meat. I made Persian stew, Ghormeh Sabzi with pressure cooker. Everyone loved it. I would but it again.

Boo! I ordered the wrong one and I didn’t even check to see if it’s skinless and ordered two packs. But I placed two more with skins on for next delivery. But the meat looks good.

So so fat! Just thick white fat!

one of the freshest lamb I've ever purchased... going to make lamb stew with it!

The lamb wasn’t too fat but of course when cooked it was and I removed the oil and fat on top. I cooked overnight in slow cooker and the bones all fell off and was very tender and tasty. Will purchase again.
