Very comforting and flavorful beef paste with traditional spices for making soup broth. I only used the sauce pack to make beef broth for noodle soup, then seasoned the broth with additional salt and sugar to taste, not using the seasoning pack that came with it containing primarily MSG, which I'm allergic to. I ate the broth with udons I had in the fridge that need to be eaten. The noodle portion looks quite big and filling, very tasty eaten straight as a crunchy snack. I've been eating this several days in a row to satisfy my binge craving for spicy beef noodle soup, I'm very satisfied and content and would definitely get this again.
