This shank had the best seasoning compared to the 3-4 I had previously. Not too salty, either. Only issue for me was that the meat was a bit dry and harder to slice. I think it’s hit or miss with each order. Either way, I’ll probably continue to order this.

Tastes good, the texture is ok.

note for myself not to get this again. very tough, very bland (even with the sauce). my young kids definitely couldn't eat this.

The size is smaller than I though, but taste good.

Kind of pricey for how much you get and one piece was a bit dry. The flavor was good though and the meat itself isn’t spicy. May get again if I’m craving it or if it goes on sale.
