We select 100% fresh sesame seeds, which are finely ground through multiple processes to create a smooth and luscious     sesame paste.

This product is an original sesame paste, free from added seasonings, artificial colorings, and preservatives.

You can customize it to your liking by adding soy sauce, fructose, mirin, broth, or chili oil, using it as a dressing for lettuce salads, a dipping sauce for hot pot, a sauce for cold noodles, or mixing it directly with fructose to create a delightful sesame beverage. The rich sesame aroma enhances the flavor of any dish!

The natural fats in sesame paste can be used to replace some of the butter, yielding excellent emulsification for dough without the need for additives. It results in a soft texture, maintaining moisture even when left overnight.

Suitable for desserts, baking, or Japanese-style tofu dishes.

Since we refrain from using emulsifiers, natural settling may occur after extended storage, which is a natural phenomenon. Simply stir with a clean spoon before use.
