This tea, a Kanazawa specialty, is made from organic matcha stems for a rich aroma and balanced flavor. Using a unique roasting technique, it enhances the umami and sweetness while preserving a fragrant, relaxing profile—resulting in a tea with a deep, complex taste.

 Recommended Brewing Method:

1. Place the tea bag in a cup and add hot water, 90°C (194°F).

2. Steep tea for 90 seconds, then remove.

3. For stronger flavor, brew the tea longer.
