This houjicha is a unique and aromatic blend made from roasted tea stems, enhanced with the invigorating spiciness of ginger. Beloved in Ishikawa Prefecture, this tea is crafted using Japanese matcha stems instead of the usual sencha stems, delivering a mellow, subtly sweet aroma. Brewing Directions

• Hot Tea:
  1. Pour 150ml of hot water (90-95°C) over one tea bag.
  2. Let steep for 1-2 minutes.
• Iced Tea:
  1. Pour 150ml of hot water (90-95°C) over two tea bags.
  2. Let steep for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add 150g of ice and stir until melted.
