i don’t know what is happening at your distributor this doesn’t seem to be a sirloin brisket its sll tendons

This bowl of braised beef sirloin is really tasty, just like other reviewers indicated. My only regret is I forgot to purchase radish to add to slow cook with it. Will repurchase.
