So delicious! I microwaved it for seven minutes and ate it with white rice. It was a good spice, but I added more red chili pepper to make it more! Will definitely buy more again! You can add more water to make a saucer if you would like, but that’s optional.

very good ! It tastes like homemade slightly chewy and tender. The flavor is sweet salty and very mild and comes with fresh chilly . The lemongrass is very flavorful with rice . it's really good with beer if u drink .

It looks pretty good, so I hope it's tasty. I usually enjoy the frozen snail dishes that I've gotten from this site so far. I just need to be careful not to overheat/overcook them so they don't turn rubbery. I'm interested in how the lemongrass flavor will come through, so I thought to give it a try when it went on sale. The only complaint I have so far is that the package is a lot smaller than the other snail dishes I've ordered.

I cooked this in the microwave and pretty much charred it lol. The snails were inedible but the sauce was magnificent. Would go great with rice. Next time I make it I will cook it on the stove instead of the microwave. Will buy it again.
