It definitely does what it claims and does cause some stomach pain at first, but you'll get used to it. It tastes like herbal tea that you get from a Chinese restaurant.

Purchase this tea many times and same price as in asian supermarket. It really helps for constipation. But always out of stock and have been out of stock for long time. Please restock this...
