The Matcha Gateau Chocolat is made with a base of Belgian white chocolate, luxuriously blended with Uji matcha from Kyoto and Nishio matcha from Aichi. By using two types of matcha, we have succeeded in expressing a rich aroma, a well-balanced bittersweetness and sweetness, and a deep green color.

Contains absolutely no preservatives and can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 years from production.
