Fried shallots are useful in many dishes. Some brands are flaky and some are finer. These are a bit on the finer side.

This works well with miso ramen, gives it a distinct shallot flavor to it.

Crispy shallots are a must topping for Thai stir fry dishes. Adds a nice crunch to each bite.

Good portion size

Very disappointed. No fragrance or taste. And feels like eating plastic pieces. And I got 2 bags. Had to throw away.
