Co Gai Viet Nam Coconut Slice offers a mixed experience. The green and white coconut slices are delightful, providing a genuine taste of coconut that I truly enjoyed. However, the pink slices were a letdown, tasting somewhat like a cardboard box. To salvage the ones I didn't fancy on their own, I found they made a decent addition to my smoothies. While not every flavor hit the mark for me, the versatility of using them in smoothies adds a redeeming quality. If you're a coconut lover, the green and white varieties are worth trying, but the pink ones might not be to everyone's taste.
